| Used Automotive Part Recycler Employees are no longer required to be licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Chapter 2309 of the Texas Occupations Code still exists Article 15 of HB 2847 from the 86th Legislature ended regulation for Used Automotive Part Recycler Employees effective on September 1, 2019. TDLR stopped accepting new and renewal Used Automotive Part Recycler Employee applications on July 22, 2019, and regulation of activities requiring this license ended on that date as well. |
