We have 2 full bathrooms, along with the kitchen sink, and another utility sink in the basement, and our old water heater has been having trouble keeping up with demand. After months of debating how and when to upgrade it, we decided to try one of these on demand tank less heaters. Now I wish we'd just done this years ago! We installed this in the bathroom closet, where it's out of the way but yet connected to the hot water supply for both the sink and the shower. It's so nice to NOT run out of hot water when you are 3rd in line for a shower with teenagers showering before you! I like being able to set the temperature of the water, as we like to set it higher to be able to turn the cold water up as well and increase the water pressure in the shower that way. Not only that - but I like getting HOT water from my faucets. We will definitely be getting another one of these in a few months to upgrade the other bathroom, and then the kitchen. I'm not sure that this would be enough to heat water for our whole house, but honestly it's been a really good decision for us.

I had no problem installing this. And it works great. The only issue I encountered was I needed to turn down the heat level. Because I had it set to high. It gave me the code to let me know that I needed to turn down the temperature. And it is working perfectly. And I have hot water even at lower flow rate. So I would recommend this. As long as you use two 8 gauge wire 40amp circuits. I installed the second circuit and changed the wire and circuit breaker from the hot water heater. Because my hot water heater had a 14gauge wire that 20amp breaker. As most homes use. So if you don’t know how to install electrical circuits. You will need an electrician. And your plumbing will need to be modified. If you are changing from a hot water heater. As I did, and most homes have if it’s time to replace. I found that the cost of a new water heater. Was twice the amount. Even with the cost of the water heater and materials. And on demand uses less energy. So I will be using less electricity. So my house will be more efficient. And my largest monthly cost is electricity. So I have saved money when I installed it. And will continue to use less electricity every month. Definitely the best option in my opinion. And I felt that this was the best product after looking into the alternatives listed. And reading reviews and other information. IE 18kw price and installation requirements. However it is not a easy DIY project. Unless you have the knowledge and tools. I would say that if you have the skills and tools. Then it will be fairly simple to install. I spent about two times as much effort changing the electrical as installing the water heater. And it took about a day to install everything. And I had to bring the new circuit breaker from outside. Because my circuit breaker box didn’t have any place for the new breaker. And the temperature is very easy to adjust. And stays hot for as long as It is used. I have been using mine for about a month without any problems.

My old tankless water heater was really struggling to heat the water consistently, so this unit turned out to be the perfect replacement! It was similar enough to the old unit that it was fairly easy to install with some minor plumbing changes, and the electrical requirements and connections were pretty much exactly the same. I like the digital display on the unit, and it is simple to make adjustments using the front buttons.

I live in a warmer southern climate, and so far it has been working flawlessly while doing a great job of heating the water! Only time will tell the durability and longevity of this product, but I am very happy with it to date. Therefore, this unit receives my five star blessing and recommendation for sure!

Just got this Tankless Water Heater, it’s electric 240V, man, it’s a game changer, seriously, no waiting for hot water, no running out mid-shower, heats water on demand and it's fantastic, the power, thanks to 240V, quick heating even on those cold mornings when you need a hot shower to kickstart your day.

Installing, not too bad, was expecting a nightmare, but it was straightforward, and it’s compact, doesn’t hog space, old tank models got nothing on this, especially if you’re tight on space or into that minimalist vibe.

Energy savings, noticeable, only heats water as needed, so no paying to keep a tank hot 24/7, and endless hot water, no more cold showers if you’re the last one up, a luxury really.
