I've had this protector on for 3 days and I happened to put my phone in the same pocket as the one I keep my knife in, and when I pulled it out again the bottom left corner was destroyed. I know I definitely shouldn't have put it in there to begin with, but considering I have done the same thing numerous times with just a bare screen, I'm a little disappointed. And beware, it seems to produce a lot of shards. The concentrated crack at the corner in the image is the initial break, the rest of it cracked when I pulled it off. On the upside, I do really like the feel of this one and I haven't had any issues with the fingerprint function, so overall I'm torn. I still have the 2nd one, so with any luck this was just a fluke/user error/wrong angle wrong time.

The phone fell from the seat of a car directly onto gravel, landing flat on its face. It looked like there were several large impact points and several wide-reaching cracks in the screen - but it was just the screen protector! I removed the broken screen protector and installed the 2nd one from the package in under five minutes. When you remove one of these it might crack as you bend it, but don't be alarmed, it doesn't seem harmful (although I would recommend removing it somewhere where you can find & pick up any pieces that come off). Installation is easy too: clean the screen, line the protector up on the screen with the protective backing side down, use the included stickers to create "hinges" on one side to keep it in place, hinge the protector up to one side, peel off the backing, and lower the protector back onto the screen. Quick, easy, and satisfying. Plus it looks nice & doesn't interfere with the operation of the phone or the fit of cases (that I've tried, anyway). Highly recommended.

TL;DR: One of these absolutely saved a phone from a face-down fall onto gravel. They're easy to use and unobtrusive. 5/5, would buy again.

Butt broke immediately. Loves the style, the fabric, but I was wearing them watching TV and the butt just snapped. Note these are really loose on me. I really liked and would appreciate getting them replaced(with perhaps thicker seams) but I can't seem to contact the seller. I'll probably return them and get my money back.

Good quality initially, and application to the phone was easy breezy. BUT, the glass flakes off in chips on the bottom of the screen protector right at the end - my phone case has an open bevel there for charging and so I think that's what's causing the issue, but those chips can be sharp. When that's where you kinda naturally start your swipe to open up the phone (especially when not focusing on the task at hand), it becomes dangerous.
