When I bought this machine,how many circuit breakers do I need, and what specifications are required?

You will need 1x63AMP circuit breakers, and the wire requirement is 1 X (6AWG/2).

The Voltage requirement is 240V/63A.

I am not sure how many KW would be suitable in my house. And how many water supply points can be provided for my home?

Will it affected during winter usage?

The cast aluminum intergrated heater can provide excellent antgifreeze proction. However, It still depends on the ambient temperatur and the incoming water temperature. If the temperature is too low, it may not achieve the expect performance.

Water heater did not function. I had the unit professionally installed in my home to replace my old 30 gallon water heater. Either the unit was faulty from manufacturing or it was damaged in transit but there were no visible signs.

The technician recommended and installed an 11.8 KW Titan Electric Tankless water heater. I have been running the unit for a few months now and it is superb.

The product description suggests that after a power failure, the heater remembers it's last state... i.e. that you don't have to turn it back on after a power outage... BUT THIS IS FALSE... after a power outage it reboots in the OFF state - it does remember the temperature setting but what good is that? If you have even a brief power outage, and you try to use hot water, you'll be getting cold water until you remember that the water heater is OFF!!!! - - - other than this issue, the heater works just fine
