Brooke (Diné) is a Research Analyst for the American Indian Policy Institute. With experience in K-12 classrooms and a background in navigating educational policy, she advocates for equitable opportunities within diverse learning environments. Previously, Brooke served as a Program Coordinator for the Office of Indian Education at the Arizona Department of Education where she advocated for Indigenous children, families, communities, and Tribal Nations of Arizona through capacity building, technical assistance and strategic partnerships. With a desire to enhance educational opportunities, she's passionate about researching and analyzing academic policy to ensure success for Indigenous students through graduation and into careers. Influencing her desire to advocate for equitable opportunities for all learners, Brooke brings a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal education policy which fuels her passion to navigate intricate educational landscapes.

Brooke received her Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English Literature from Arizona State University, and a Master of Education in Educational Policy which has equipped her with the tools to dissect structural barriers and supports within postsecondary education.
