Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

This Amazon Machine Image (AMI) includes the Microsoft Office Professional Plus installed on a license-included Windows Server base AMI for Amazon EC2. To launch an instance, refer to the “User based subscriptions” feature of AWS License Manager.

Struggling to make the machine run without termination

I tried to use this subscription to create an EC2 machine with office installed. But although I reviewed the documentation and made sure to complete all the pre-requisites still the machine did not create. If anyone can comment some suggestion which could assist it will be very helpful.
