4 DAY WORKOUT SPLIT 🏋🏽‍♀️ save this post! I put together a simple gym workout plan that is similar to how I’m currently training for my powerlifting meet on June 15th! I’m just under 100 days out! 🙌🏼 The days match up with mine, but feel free to switch up which days you can make it to the gym. Just make sure to get a rest day in between the four workouts somewhere! I wrap up my second hypertrophy block this month and the numbers are climbing!
