Packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, barley supports digestion, heart health, and weight management. Known for its cooling properties, it’s perfect for reducing body heat and staying refreshed. 

Ingredients:
1 tbsp barley 
2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/4 tsp hing
6-7 curry leaves 
coriander leaves (optional)
1/2 tsp oil(tempering) 
1/2 lemon

Method: First wash, rinse, soak the barley for about 6-7hrs.
Then cook in 2 cups of water in low heat.
Then give tempering. Squeeze half lemon. Enjoy warm or cold.
