This illustration is meant to be the female creature that Victor created for the creature to be his companion, however feel this picture is the most accurate because it actually resembles more of a creature and less of monster or a real woman.

"Frankenstein," 2004 TV miniseries by the Hallmark Channel. Not without its flaws and plot holes, but does follow the book more accurately than any other adaptation I know of. Luke Goss plays the Creature better than anyone else I've seen try it.
