Exploring second-hand stores and estate sales, I collect mundane objects that have been left behind. I occasionally find a cracked teapot or plate that someone carefully mended. The piece may seem ordinary, but it had a special meaning to the owner. For this series, I try my hand at repairing fragile domestic objects. My methods are improvisational.
