Someone asked me to make her a "romantic" birthday card for her husband. This is one of two cards I put together for her to choose from. This card was CASED from this card by Dawn. I've used a couple vintage Stampin' Up! sets for this record card: "On Your Birthday" for the sentiment and the Music Notes Wheel for the background.
