Misha on Instagram: "Yummy High Protein Granola Cups 😋  Ingredients:  - Raw Oats (1 cup)  - Peanuts (1 cup) - Almonds (1 cup) - Pecans (1 cup) - Sunflower Seeds (1 cup)  - Mini Chocolate Chips (1 cup)  - Honey or Maple Syrup (3/4 cup - *edited from the original 1/2 cup since some people had issues with the granola binding together*) - Flaky Salt (1 teaspoon)  - Canola or Coconut Oil (for greasing muffin tin)  Directions:  1. Preheat oven to 325°F 2. Combine all ingredients minus the salt and oil into a large bowl and fold with a rubber spatula until everything is evenly coated with the honey 3. Grease each individual muffin tin with oil spray (a couple sprays per cup) 4. Tightly pack around 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin tin then bake for 25 minutes 5.
