The Majestic-class heavy cruiser was a compact but powerful warship built under the New Republic's New Class Modernization Program.With 30 heavy turbolaser cannons, 20 laser cannons, 20 ion cannons, 8 concussion missile tubes, 4 tractor beam projectors, and more than 20 antimissile octets, these ships were capable of engaging both enemy capital ships and starfighters.

New Republic Cruiser I designed for Star Wars: Ahsoka. Had a blast designing for this show with a fantastic team at Lucasfilm. We looked back through some of the original ship designs by Ralph Mcquarrie and Joe Johnston to capture the ROTJ-era aesthetic. This was just another fun side project I decided to do in my spare time. Taking elements from both the A-Wing and X-Wing, I sort of envisioned this as a post-galactic-civil-war version of a Jedi Starfighter that Luke’s academy might have used. Modeled in Maya and textured with Substance Painter. Final renders were done with Arnold just because I hadn't used it in a while. The asset is game-ready, as demonstrated by the Sketchfab viewer.
