To make 2 skewers you will need: 2 large chicken breasts diced in to large chunks Olive oil 2 tsp garlic granules 2 tsp italian herbs 2 tbsp butter 3 garlic cloves finely chopped Handful parsley finely chopped Salt & pepper 30g grated parmesan Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic granules & italian herbs Place on to skewers then in the airfryer at 185 for 20 mins (190 for 25 mins in the oven) To another bowl add the butter & melt in the microwave. Then add the garlic & parsley and mix. After 5 mins of the chicken cooking brush each skewer with the garlic butter. Repeat again every 5 mins until it has 5 mins left of cooking w

Lorraine on Instagram: "I love a one pot dinner and this dish just screams summer☀️ What you need: 8 Chicken Thighs 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 Tsp Onion Salt 1 Tsp Garlic Granules 1 Small Onion 3 Garlic Cloves Minced 300g Orzo 1 Ltr Chicken Stock(add more if needed) 200g Spinach 50g Parmesan Juice & Zest of 1 Lemon What to do: In a bowl season chicken thighs and add spices & olive oil! Mix together until coated. In a large pan cook chicken on both sides until golden and brown. Remove and set aside. Add onion and cook over low heat until softened, mix through garlic.
