This beautiful Highland Cow is a small part of the oldest registered breed of cattle in the world. And you are just a few clicks away from showing off your very own fluffy cow. This breed originated in Scotland and is known for its good temperament and being able to handle intemperate conditions. Probably the lowest maintenance pet on record! Initially, I had seen this face on a canvas bag a coworker brought back on her trip to Ireland. So, when I created a pattern for a Highland cow, I went nuts and made a herd of cows in a variety of colors. This cow was created from 6 different shades of blue glass, in a variety of textures which really bringing together the whole, wholly cattle vibe. The horns are an iridescent white. These dragonflies have been made by hand from beautiful coloured stained glass with textured clear glass for the wings. Each piece of glass has been cut by hand, ground, washed, foiled, soldered together before being washed again.
