Pesarattu is a thin protein packed dosa made with whole green moong. Adding rice is optional but I find it helps to make the dosa super thin & crisp. I have added spinach leaves to sneak in some greens into the dosa plus i love the brilliant color 🤤 Spreading the pesaratu thin is key to making it crisp. Adding onions Like in the video is optional.
