    Hi, Everyone. Sylvia Shillinglaw here from Greenius. I’m an Enterprise Account Manager. Today, I’m going to discuss the importance of training crew leaders in their roles within Greenius. I assist landscape companies, HR managers, crew leads, managers, and champions with using Greenius. Many of HR and Office Managers struggle to understand the importance of involving their crew leaders in completing checklists and conducting tailgates with their teams. Crew leaders are already on site and familiar with day-to-day operations. It makes sense that when crew leaders are responsible for these tasks, they take greater ownership of the job. So, I want to show you exactly what I mean when it comes to the responsibilities of a crew leader. To select a crew, you can navigate here and choose a crew. I recommend naming it by the manager's name, for example, "Sylvia's Crew," and you could add a descriptor like "Training" or "Summer 2024." Next, select your location and the manager, then choose the employees to include in that crew. Keep the group size manageable, and you’re all set. For example, here we have "Sylvia's Crew Leader Training - Summer 2024." The next step is to log into the Greenius app, enter the manager’s username and password, and sign in. Then, scroll down to the Field Checklist area, where you’ll be able to see the crew.
