Former Boston Celtics shooting guard Evan Fournier is evidently taking his talents overseas, according to new reporting from the Athletic NBA reporter Shams Charania. "After 12 seasons, Evan Fournier is exiting the NBA and signing a two-year, $4 million-plus deal with Euroleague club Olympiacos," writes Charania. "Fournier averaged nearly 10 points in France's Silver Medal run at the Paris Olympics."

The man known as "Don't Google" is now on his way back to Europe to play as a pro for the first time since he was suiting up with the French Pro B league's Poitiers Basket 86 in 2012. Fournier was taken 20th overall in the NBA draft of the same year by the Denver Nuggets, and played for that team and the Orlando Magic before landing in Boston via trade for Jeff Teague in 2021.

The Saint-Maurice, France native played a mere 16 regular season games for the Celtics and another 5 games in the postseason, and logged 13.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.1 steals per game during the former.
