If you missed the first part, I posted a separate reel yesterday with details on how I paint the rocks 😊.  Traditionally, with watercolors, you want to work light to dark. But I didn’t go to art school so I tend to just find what works for me through trial and error. With moss, I tend to go back and forth between dark and light. I have no reason for this at all… it’s just what works for me 🤷🏻‍♀️.  And if you want to paint moss this way, here are my top 2 tips 👇🏻  ✨Use a bright, opaque yellow paint. I use Sennelier Lemon Yellow.  ✨ Find yourself a good stippling brush! If you have any old, stiff brushes (generally used for oil painting) cut them up and these work great!
