Dit is mijn inzending voor Het Foodblogevent van oktober 2012, dat wordt gehost door "Fransesca Kookt". Zij heeft als thema gekozen: "Maak een recept dat voor jou puur Italiaans is". De Italiaanse keuken is bij de meeste mensen bekend en geliefd om zijn eenvoud en pure producten. Ook bij ons komen Italiaanse gerechten vaak op tafel; niet alleen de pasta's, maar ook de nagerechten zijn hier erg geliefd. Vandaar dat ik gekozen heb voor een zuccotto.
