I am a bit confused and not sure if this person Deloar Akram (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Deloar_Akram) created the Wikimedia Commons page. It seems that after successfully creating this page, he might have created a Wikidata page as well. For the Wikidata page, it appears he misused the Google Search knowledge panel . He presents himself as a notable person, but he is actually not. I believe there are two reasons for this: self-promotion and lack of notability. @Sonja1989: DeloarAkram was blocked for a week here on Commons 06:49, 11 April 2020 (UTC) by NahidSultan for uploading copyvios, but appears to have learned from that. He is in the Global IP block exemptions group, the extendedconfirmed group on enwiki, and the autopatrolled, ipblock-exempt, reviewer, rollbacker groups on bnwiki. All of the Admins and higher level users that gave him those permissions can't be wrong. You are welcome to present evidence to Wikidata admins for deleting anything there, or to Admins anywhere for taking appropriate action. Photographers and subjects are permitted to create categories here for their photos and photos of them. Turning to your attempted edits, I regret to inform you that you have triggered Special:AbuseFilter/235 by attempting to repeatedly nominate for deletion a non-file page as a new user. Hi, @Jeff G.! Thanks for your comments. Allow me to give an explanation of the situation that has developed in copyrights with the files downloaded by me. In no case did I want to violate the copyright, but due to the fact that I am a new Wikipedia member, I could not correctly indicate the license for these files. Part of the files are photos of architectural objects, and some are photos of a local newspaper. Not a single one could be reproduced in another way than these files (part of the objects of architecture destroyed by the war in Ukraine). To the remark of the user on copyright and license, I answered on my discussion page - that I want to use these files under the rule of “conscientious use”. However, no one answered me to my request. Fortunately, the editor of the Ukrainian Wikipedia helped me - and explained how to use the “respectable” files on the local version of the site. Regarding the incorrect deletion of my own uploaded files, my inexperience in this matter affects. I'm sorry. P.s. Now I figured out a little license - and I will no longer upload dubious files.
