Preparation

    In the bowl of a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until they are smooth. Put the cream in the refrigerator to chill slightly before serving.

Subbed sour cream for the yogurt, no cinnamon. Very good.

I was looking for a way to utilize some great local ricotta, and this was yummy. We used it instead of whipped cream- it's a nice change.
