    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable.     I love this bag - I did a ton of research trying to find a great work bag at a decent price point. Although this bag doesn’t have a zipper, the way the bag is structured keeps my items in my bag without spilling out. I got this bag in the color cappuccino and receive many compliments. I also love the magnetic side pockets. I love that it’s subtle - IFYKY. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

    Bought the bag and organizing insert. The strap gives flexibility to wear cross body but I haven’t done this yet. Looks very sturdy and comfortable.
