    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable.     Beautiful Easy Phone Tote in Lavender!

    I ordered the Easy Phone Tote in Lavender to come in a box. Wow, what a beautiful bag! The pink box was also beautiful, and the bag came in a dust bag, too. I love my new phone tote bag. If the Mini Easy Zipper Tote bag came in Lavender, I would order it, too. I also ordered the airpods case in Lavender. Cuyana makes beautiful products! I am now a loyal Cuyana customer!

    I took a risk getting this because I wasn't sure if my lady would be able to get the things she likes to carry with her on a day-to-day basis. But it turns out it's the perfect size! Well done. Whoever designed this knew what they were doing!

    EXCELLENT crossbody for on the go

    I purchased this item because I was in dire need of a smaller purse for when I walk around and shop or when I go to the office and go downtown for lunch. I am the type of person that likes to carry everything needed in case of an emergency but when I go into a store, I want to carry my keys, my phone, lip gloss and a SMALL wallet. When I saw the ad that displayed the wide crossbody strap and the key snap hook, I was SOLD immediately. So many times I am trying to find my keys and can’t because my bag has swallowed them and they fall to the bottom but not anymore.

    The only con to this bag for me is the depth of the bag, if it was one more inch wider, this bag would have been absolutely perfect for me but this is not a deal changer. I have learned to adjust and now I carry the bare minimum which is good because my bag is not super heavy anymore.

    There is a slip pocket on the inside but it is too small for my iPhone 15 Pro with a case. Even without the case, it is too small. I would like to mention that I can fill it completely and add my cuyana AirPod case and a portable charger as well and still zip it up.
