    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Finally THE travel bag

    I’m so so happy with this bag. Prior to this my favourite travel bag was the CUYANA oversized carryall (please bring these back in a capsule sale!). Great size. Great style. But the straps weren’t 100% comfortable to throw over my shoulder as they were quite short and it now looks worse for wear after 6-7yrs of constant travel. Then I got the the zip easy tote to travel with and while it looked good and the straps were better, the dimensions didn’t work for me. The height in particular was too short and I found I would have to play Tetris a bit to pack it. Now enter the easy travel tote. Great dimensions to pack comfortably. Good pockets for organising my items - esp when the system flap is in there. And the straps are a great length to sling over my shoulder and keep it there while I dig around. My only desired addition would be at least one external pocket for easy access to my passport or water bottle when running around the airport, but not enough to take off a star. And while the bag is quite big I had no problem getting this on 3 flights (including a small plane) as my personal item. Get it now if you’re a frequent traveller, but don’t want a backpack!

    the absolute best experience ever!

    i had the greatest experience with cuyana’s customer service team. namely kim and ren’e.
    i had issues with a past purchase. they took care of everything with kindness, patience and respect.
    i was able to make a few exchanges effortlessly and so efficiently.
    ultimately i bought the new easy travel tote in navy and a biscuit wide adjustable strap. and i am delighted! the travel tote is absolutely perfect! and so beautiful with my funky strap. i didn’t want it to match the navy. and i’ve worn it on a trip and got so many compliments from the flight attendants and travelers on the mismatch strap with the navy bag.

    Missed the mark with the no monogram

    I selected to get this bag monogramed and came without it. Not happy, luckily my wife is the sweetest human on this plant and she still loved it. I was Just bummed it wasn’t what she wanted.
