    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

    Lovely well made pouch but too heavy.

    The System Zipper Pouch is a quality product but when installed it made the System Tote too heavy for me. A lighter weight pouch made with fabric would work well.
