    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     I love how this helps

    I love how this helps me organize my Tall Easy Tote. The only thing I wish I had understood or known better before I bought is that it doesn't snap into the bag. It does stay in place easily though so I'm not sure that's a problem.

    Love the product, hate to pay $100 for this but unfortunately it’s great and necessary.

    Heavy & Pricey, but Good quality & Good customer service

    Pros:
    - Durable quality & easy enough to take in and out of tote
    - Customer service was prompt & friendly. Return & refund process was fast & easy

    Cons:
    - Laptop sleeve is snug with a large (16”) laptop and raises high in the bag (pokes out the top)
    - It’s heavy! The product description say it’s 1.2lbs so there were no surprises, but that adds a lot once filled and lugging it on my shoulder
    - In the tall tote, organizer really crowds your available space
    - Feels expensive for what you get

    This didn’t end up working for me so I returned it. For my personal use, I found with the tall tote, bottles and books stay fairly separated/organized on their own in the bag’s proportions. I expect this organizer would be more handy with the classic (wide) tote.

    Weird smell

    Ok, but adds weight

    Adds quite a bit of weight to the tote - the water bottle straps haven't been that useful. I like the structure it provides but find my tote especially heavy once I put in my laptop.
