    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Pretty But Sizing Was Off - Had to Return

    The leather and design was really lovely but the 13inch size would not fit properly in the Zipper Tote. The Tech Case was slightly too tall when the Zip Tote was sitting on a surface and this made the tote challenging to zip. I would have to smush the Tech Case down to get the Tote to fully zip close. Because it wasn't a seamless fit, I ended up returning it.
