The following legislative changes affect the Missouri Department of Revenue's motor vehicle and driver license processes and are effective August 28, 2024.

Veteran Designation on Driver License and NonDriver License (SB 912)

This provision adds an additional proof of eligibility document (DD 256MC) that can be submitted to display a Veteran’s designation on an applicant’s driver license or nondriver license.
