He was the architect for the vacation home of [[Paul DeLucia,"Ricca the waiter" DeLucia]], mob chief of the [[Chicago]] [[Mafia]]. He became boss of the Chicago mob when [[Al Capone]] went to prison. The house is located just a few blocks from John Lloyd's home in [[Long Beach]], [[Indiana]]. The house was named Nancette after Paul's wife. It is now owned by Dr. Richard J. Houck.
