Eastlawn Gardens is part of the Lehigh Valley metropolitan area, which had a population of 861,899 and was the 68th-most populous metropolitan area in the U.S. as of the 2020 census.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.81% White, 0.28% African American, 0.18% Native American, 0.53% Asian, 0.74% from other races, and 0.46% from two or more races.
