In 2017, siblings Brianna and Bobby Bitton launched O Positiv, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.[3][4] The company started with FLO, a gummy vitamin formulated to combat the symptoms of PMS.[5][6]

In October 2021, the sugar-free capsule was launched.[7]

In 2022, O Positiv launched new women's health categories, including URO for urinary tract support and vaginal probiotics,[8] MENO with ingredients to alleviate the symptoms of menopause,[9][10] as well as Retro Glowing Skin Gummy.
