The Overseas Collectivity of Saint Martin (French: Collectivité d'outre-mer de Saint-Martin) is a new collectivité d'outre-mer of France that will come into being in early 2007, encompassing the northern parts of the island of Saint Martin currently part of the overseas department of Guadeloupe.
