Chairmen

Currently the article says for the second in the list of chairmen 1928-1947 Lawrence Levy (1823–1907), which i read as meaning he was Chair from 1928 to 1947 though he died in 1907. Pretty sure that's not right. Unfortunately, the reference is a 404 error, and i don't have time presently to search for an archived version; also it appears to point to someone called Lewis Levy, not Lawrence. Pinging Heron who added the information and dates ten years ago in case there is any further information available. Happy days, ~ LindsayHello 07:27, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You are quite right. Correction made. The chairman was Lawrence Levy 1876-1950, grandson of Lawrence Levy 1824-1907. This is explained in Grace's Guide, which I've added as a source. Not sure if I can track down the earlier dead reference, but I'll have a go if I get time. --Heron (talk) 13:01, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
