The Daniel Webster Law Office and Library, also known as Daniel Webster Law Office, is a National Historic Landmark on Careswell and Webster Streets in Marshfield, Massachusetts.

The office was built in 1832 for Daniel Webster and was added to the National Historic Register and also designated a National Historic Landmark in 1974.[2][1]

The National Park Service described the site's significance in 1974 as:

Statesman, legal scholar, and orator Daniel Webster championed the Union throughout his multifaceted career. His famous Senate proclamation against nullification still rings loud and clear: "Liberty and Union, now and forever, one and inseparable." Webster used this one-room clapboard building as his natural history library and law office. It stood on his Green Harbor estate, his home away from Washington from 1832 to 1852.[2]

It can be visited as part of the Isaac Winslow House museum.

Plans are in the works to move the Law office back to the Daniel Webster estate. [citation needed] In 1966, The Office was moved from then Camp Daniel Webster to the Winslow House Grounds.
