This page stated incorrectly that Dennis Herrera, the present incumbent City Attorney, is the first openly gay man to hold the post. This is incorrect; Herrera is married to Anne Herrera and they have a young son. I changed the sentence to say he's the first Latino City Attorney in San Francisco's history.
