Good research on the senate pres as lt gov. I knew that it wasn't in the WV constitution that has been in place since 1871 (I think that is the date), but I did not realize that it is now informally used. Please look at Talk:Vandalia

G... About a year ago you made a change to the Vandalia article that I don't think is accurate, concerning the proposal to use the name "Vandalia" in lieu of WV. I've found a reference in a standard WV history textbook that disagrees with the claim. I wonder if you would take a look at the Talk:Vandalia page and post a reply to the discussion I posted there.
