Senate President

[edit]

Good research on the senate pres as lt gov. I knew that it wasn't in the WV constitution that has been in place since 1871 (I think that is the date), but I did not realize that it is now informally used. I wouldn't be surprised for old Earl Ray to give himself the title, though.Youngamerican 14:55, 3 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Please look at Talk:Vandalia

[edit]

G... About a year ago you made a change to the Vandalia article that I don't think is accurate, concerning the proposal to use the name "Vandalia" in lieu of WV. I've found a reference in a standard WV history textbook that disagrees with the claim. I wonder if you would take a look at the Talk:Vandalia page and post a reply to the discussion I posted there. Thanks WVhybrid 03:32, 5 August 2006 (UTC) ps. I really don't want to make this a Huntington vs. Charleston debate, (or any other v. debate) that is why I first posted my discussion on the talk page rather than change the article up front.[reply]
