Green up! is a non-formal education for increasing social inclusion and knowledge in a field of sustainable development and permaculture. It is a partnership focused on exchange of various green sustainable skills that will develop human resources within partner organizations, develop key competences of their staff, start new non-formal educational activities and entrepreneurship initiatives, and promote social inclusion of marginalized groups.

In the manual, we guide you through interesting topics that we covered at trainings in Croatia, Denmark and Slovenia, in order to empower our educators and transfer the acquired knowledge further into their work. Topics you can find in the manual are: introduction to permaculture and permaculture design, making planter balls and insect hotels, how to reduce textile waste, biodynamic gardening, theater of the oppressed, making bread from old bread, how to sharpen your hair, growing mushrooms, bear pesto onions, planting old varieties of tomatoes, Eurythmia. The manual was created as part of the project Green up! funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, which is not responsible for the contents found in the manual.
