In a dark section of London, an eccentric scientist has created a powerful death ray whose light beams can destroy an entire army in a matter of seconds. His purpose is to use this incredible power for good, but his unscrupulous associate Rolf Alferson has other ideas. Alferson murders the scientist by utilizing a deadly poison and plans to sell the ray gun into the highest bidder.
