Load MS-WORD file data in SimpleDirectoryReader

I am trying to load a Word file using SimpleDirectorReader, but it throws the following error:
'llama-index-readers-file' package not found

Is this is it? Or will there be more issues, since the first issue I faced was no module named docx2txt. I installed it and ran the code again and got the above stated problem.
If someone has faced this similar problem, please share the steps you took to fix this issue. Thank you in advance

@dosu I wish to use only SimpleDirectoryReader because I don't know what kind of document will be uploaded by the user. The folder uploaded by the user can have a mix of PDF, WORD, and/or Images
