as a "Border" and not a "overlay" ps: so that little kids can't access the search or exit "full screen button." But also for General use for anyone to limit different areas of the screen they would like to access while being protected by a layer perimeter of guided access's "no touch"

"Loop Check" for Example is video currently recording Or Text on Screen"
Example:

every 5 minutes check Get text on screen if text on screen is less than 1:00:00 and Color(Red) is found
Alert "Currently Recording"
