External links on Activity Log and Pages do not use correct hosts

Describe the Bug

All external links on the Activity Log and Pages use the default domain of the Website rather than the actual hosts that are now supported since v2.12.0. This results in the external links all being broken except for those on the primary domain.

Fix:
External links should be constructed using their respective hosts rather than the default domain.

We are aware of this issue. Need to bring in the host column into the dataset so we can correctly map the external links.
