Quick ref tags should be improved #256

Sometimes, people assessing accessibility for a particular element or component use the quick reference as a checklist, filtering by specific areas or tags. While not necessarily the correct approach, it's a common practice.

For instance, when working on the iconography of a website, designers often filter by the "Icons" tag. However, this approach only flags Success Criterion 1.3.6 Identify Purpose as affected, whereas other success criteria like 1.1.1 Non-text Content, 1.3.3 Sensory Characteristics, and 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast could also be relevant.

Perhaps the tags should be reviewed to better align with the impacted success criteria.
