Pickerington Central takes top spot in D-I, Cornerstone Christian third in D-IV of AP state girls basketball rankings

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Defending state champion Pickerington Central is the No. 1-ranked team in this week's Associated Press Division I state girls basketball poll.

The Tigers' No. 1 standing comes after Canton McKinley suffered its first loss to Canton GlenOak last week.

The only area team to receive a top 10 billing in any of the four divisions is Cornerstone Christian, which is fourth in Division IV. Fort Loramie leads D-IV, while Columbus Africentric (D-III) and Dayton Carroll (D-II) lead the other divisions.

Here is the full AP state rankings, released Tuesday.
