As our Test Operator you will part of the development process and responsible for the smooth operation of our test labs. You will prepare the test environment for the test engineering team which helps them to debug ATE test programs as well as providing early Analog and SoC samples.

Description

- Set up semiconductor test equipment (ATE), prober, and handling systems - Execute device tests including probing, handling and manual testing - Prepare and set up extended test configurations and temperature test set ups using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, thermostreamers etc. - Plan and execute regular maintenance on test equipment - Plan, inspect, and repair prober and handling systems in collaboration with test equipment vendors - Service as a service provider for Test and Product Engineering teams - Manage the material warehouse and oversee the shipment process for wafers, devices, and test equipment spare parts - Work closely with the hardware development team to align on test system-specific constraints - Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of test equipment and samples - Follow and implement work procedures to guarantee adherence to quality guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship/ Technician training in Electronics or related field combined with several years of industry experience
  • Good communication skills, team-oriented, and self-driven work style.
  • Fluent communication skills in English

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits and schematics.
  • Knowledge of handling in ESD environments.
  • Competency in the manual handling of fine-pitch ICs.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating automated test equipment, preferably Teradyne UFlex.
  • Hands-on experience with the setup and handling of prober and handler systems.
  • Experience in a semiconductor production test environment.
  • Strong skills in operating computer-controlled production equipment.
  • Ability and interest in working with microscopes.
