Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work. Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other’s ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better. It’s the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something. We’re looking for an exceptional Program Manager who is passionate about Apple’s product and values; who loves working with infrastructure technologies at scale; and who are committed to the hard work necessary to continuously improve. This is a highly technical position where the Program Manager will be responsible for infrastructure planning and delivery with an eye toward improving economics. We’re looking for people with a proven track record of infrastructure planning for high-quality global service under demanding usage that supports millions of users every day.

Lead cross-functional discussions to surface actionable trade-offs on cost, quality, performance, capacity, and reliability. Use that data to drive good priority and resourcing decisions. - Build operational rigor to communicate progress and call to action on key budget OKRs with appropriate teams and leadership; both org-level updates and exec-level status. - Build relationships across the organization and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups. - Work across all AI/ML teams to promote a culture of better operational planning.
