SDS E-Alert - June SDS "Information Sharing" Teleconference

 

SDS is hosting monthly information sharing provider teleconferences as
an opportunity for open dialogue regarding SDS activities, program
changes, and long-term care initiatives.  The next teleconference will
be Tuesday, June 29, 1:00 - 2:30pm.  

 

Topics and speakers: 

Jerri Van Sandt, SDS Quality Assurance Program Manager will join us for
a discussion about these new draft policies and procedures: 

 

*         Complaint Management

*         Provider Certification and Oversight
