Being a member of Costco is going to cost you more now.

The retailer has announced it is raising its membership fees.

It will cost basic members and extra $5 a year, bringing the price up to $65.

Executive memberships are going up $10, to $130 a year.

It’s the first membership price hike in 7 years, but it should help keep other prices at the store down, according to the retail giant.

The new fees go into effect Sept. 1.
