The Maryland National Guard Employment Office is developing and implementing a demand-driven process that provides job seekers with information, advice, job search assistance, supportive services and training opportunities they need to get and keep good jobs. The Employment Office also develops relationships and works collaboratively with private sector employers, federal and state agencies to promote the benefits of employing a Maryland National Guard member.
