Historian, translator. From 2008 to 2017, employee of the Museum of the Second World War, curator of several thematic sections of the main exhibition. From 2017 to 2019, Head of the History Department at the Gdynia City Museum. Since 2020, he has been involved in developing a new permanent exhibition for the Museum of the Polish Post Office, branch of the Museum of Gdańsk. For more than 10 years, he has worked with the LRE Foundation in the Liberation Route Europe project. He has collaborated on more than a dozen temporary and outdoor exhibitions. Author of diverse works, including the book Chancellorsvile 1863 (2006), a dozen or so academic articles on subjects including the controversies over Westerplatte defence, and (in collaboration with Mariusz Gąsior and Artur Wodzyński) the album Życie codzienne żołnierzy Polskich Sił Zbrojnych na Zachodzie 1939–1947 (Everyday life of soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces in the West. 1939–1947) (Museum of the Second World War, 2016). His research interests include the history of conflicts and military of the 19th and 20th centuries.

 

He has collaborated on many exhibitions, including Westerplatte: A Spa – a Bastion – a Symbol (Museum of the Second World War, 2009), Luter w Gdyni (Luther in Gdynia) (Gdynia City Museum, 2017), Sucharski: Images (Museum of Gdańsk, 2021). Author of the educational path at Westerplatte (Museum of the Second World War, 2011). Polish translator of dozens of historical books and scientific articles.
